3. Returns on Physical Gold Purchases
3.1. Return Eligibility:
If you purchase physical gold through our platform, returns are generally not accepted due to the nature of the product. However, if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return.
3.2. Return Process:
